Individual Coaching
Part of the process is addressing internal and external obstacles, which can include, but are not limited to, lack of resources, past wounds, unexpected challenges, or self-doubt, to name a few.
Remember, you can overcome obstacles with perseverance, creativity, and hope. You can navigate through any obstacle by being open to adapting your approach.
✤ Every session is 60 minutes long and focuses on the client's needs. It is helpful when clients complete tasks between sessions to potentially increase their understanding of themselves, God, or the world around them. By taking action steps, clients move toward discovery and growth.
✤ Sessions are held online via Zoom to accommodate busy schedules and allow participants to be fully comfortable in their own space.
✤ The cost is $90/session. I am not currently accepting insurance, as coaching isn't covered by most insurance companies. However, I do accept payment through most electronic modes, such as Zelle.
Group Coaching
There is so much we can learn from each other! Group coaching is a collaborative process that encourages participants to share their experiences and support each other in their journey toward self-improvement.
Group coaching can be a tool for personal growth and development, as it provides a supportive, motivating environment for individuals to work towards their goals.
Group Coaching Previously Offered:
✤ I See Me: This six-week program examines how we are wired and how our family system and life experiences shape our beliefs and decision-making. I introduce the anatomy of a stronghold, which identifies the lies we believe, what our patterns communicate to us, the source of our obstacles, and how to navigate them to discover the freedom we were designed to experience.
✤ Created to Cope: This four-week group is for mothers grieving the loss of a child. This was much more than your average grief support group. Each week, there was a creative activity to engage the right brain in the process of mourning. We may never be the same after these untimely losses, but we can cope. In this space, coping and tears go hand-in-hand.
✤ Spiritual CPR with the Whole Heart Center: This four-week group is online and hosted by the Whole Heart Center. Some of us carry offenses toward God or the faith community, and others need to be spiritually resuscitated after disappointment. This course was not designed to tell someone what to believe but to discuss ways our faith has been impacted through life events and consider another perspective. The objective is not to receive another sermon but to provide tools to help participants explore the wound and possible remedies through new insights.
✤ Healing through the Holidays: These four sessions are open to all who are grieving the loss of a loved one over the course of the holidays. Two sessions before Thanksgiving and two before Christmas. We'll discuss anticipatory grief, ways to remember our loved ones, and much more. Currently being held in-person at Renewed Life Counseling Services in Red Lion. PA.
